Glen’s expertise is particularly focused on assisting individual clients with complex wealth management and retirement needs. He also has extensive experience working with business owners on the intricate issues involved in exit and succession planning, and is a founding member of the Business Owners Council for Growth and Planning.

In 2024, Glen was selected as one of Forbes America’s Top Wealth Advisors. Glen graduated from Boston College in 1981. Before entering financial services, he served as a military officer in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1992. He was a C-130 Special Ops Instructor Aircraft Commander, and his service during Operation Desert Storm earned him the USAF Air Medal for Aerial Combat.
Following his military career, Glen transitioned to aviation and became a pilot with American Airlines in 1992. He holds Type Ratings on several aircraft, including the B727, A310, B757, B767, B777, and L382.
When he is not assisting clients, Glen enjoys skiing, traveling, and donating his time to Wounded Warriors and other military veteran organizations. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife, Marleny, where they enjoy boating, deep-sea fishing, and the many benefits of living in South Florida.
